Can I keep working while I study?
Yes, for most programmes. MBA-PGPM and the Executive MBA - Wealth Management run on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The Entrepreneurship and Public Policy programmes are online with on-campus immersions. MBA (Creative Industries) is full-time, on campus; Artpreneur is on campus on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
Is CAT mandatory?
No. You can take IIM Mumbai's home-proctored IMAT, or apply with a valid CAT, GMAT or GRE score.
What is the eligibility?
A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Work experience depends on the programme: 2 years for MBA-PGPM and Wealth Management, 1 year for Entrepreneurship, 5 years for Public Policy, and none for MBA (Creative Industries). Some programmes need a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
What are the fees?
Programme fees: MBA-PGPM ₹18,00,000 at the Mumbai campus or ₹14,86,000 at outreach centres; Executive MBA - Wealth Management ₹15,00,000; MBA (Creative Industries) ₹21,00,000; Entrepreneurship ₹6,00,000; Public Policy ₹8,75,000; Artpreneur ₹7,50,000. Instalment plans are available. The application fee is separate.
Where are classes held?
At the IIM Mumbai campus in Powai. MBA-PGPM is also offered at outreach centres in Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad - same curriculum, faculty and degree. MBA (Creative Industries) runs Monday-Tuesday at IIM Mumbai and Wednesday-Saturday at Whistling Woods International; Artpreneur is taught across IIM Mumbai and KKALA.
Will I get IIM Mumbai alumni status?
Yes. Every programme lists IIM Mumbai alumni status on completion.
When do classes start?
January 2027 for MBA-PGPM, Executive MBA - Wealth Management, MBA (Creative Industries), Entrepreneurship and Public Policy. The Artpreneur start date will be announced.
